The tedious process of getting started

Instead of working on the trains tonight I am creating this blog and web page.  My kids thought it would be a good idea, and it will help me focus my modeling thoughts as well as document my progress.

I am using WordPress to publish this. I work mostly on Macs but have a Windows machine for my serious writing projects. As a retired judge and adjunct professor at a law school I still use, and refused to change from, WordPerfect.  In my opinion it is a superior product to Word in almost every way, not the least in control of formatting.
